Прямоугольное голубое полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3 с изображением фигур герба: зеленого холма, на котором стоит белая колонна с желтой капителью, увенчанная желтой же древней царской короной и сопровожденная по сторонам двумя желтыми шестилучевыми звездами, каждая двумя зубцами вверх.
