The Soft Bulletin é o nono álbum de estúdio da banda The Flaming Lips, foi lançado em 1999. É considerado pela critica especializada um dos melhores trabalhos da banda, sendo comparado algumas vezes ao álbum Pet Sounds do The Beach Boys pelo uso de arranjos orquestrais e elaborados.
