O desfile da [[Miss Mundo 2002]], 52ª edição do concurso [[Miss Mundo]], foi realizado no palácio dia [[7 de Dezembro]] de [[2002]]. O desfile foi inicialmente marcado para [[Abuja]], na [[Nigéria]], mas devido a conflitos na cidade de [[Kaduna]] causados por um artigo publicado num jornal sediado em [[Lagos (Nigéria)|Lagos]], o desfile foi deslocado para o Alexandr Palace, em Londres.

British television's 70th anniversary occurred on 2nd November 2006 and this was marked with a special event called [http://www.405-line.tv/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=209 "TV70"]. A closed-circuit television programme was produced in Studio A using vintage equipment. This comprised some archive materials and an interview with several well-known stars from the early days of British television.
