Hi Claudi! Yes, I've seen your message on eo.wp and in the meta. I strongly support your project for a chapter. I think that section idea (the purpose from the Wikimedia Foundation) must be a good solution for us, esperantists, because we don't have a place of greater concentration, there are esperantists on all over the world, and the language isn't mostly used in a particular place (country, city, etc). This is not the same situation for the Catalunya, and his language català. I only suggest you to use the region, because chapters are regional organizations. The project, as Wikimedia Catalunya (and not català), will be in the same level as Wikimedia New York, for example, and should be accepted (if complete the other requirements).
