The 'ringing-the-bell' technique is one of the so called "freehand-methods", because the genitals are not stimulated with the hand. To do it, one stand with slightly spread legs while supporting oneself on a sofa or a chair. One then move one's pelvis back and forth, until the cock and eggs swings to and fro. Das Glockenläuten gehört zu den sogenannten "Freehand-Methoden", da dabei die Genitalien nicht mit der Hand stimuliert werden. Dazu beugt man sich am besten mit leicht gespreizten Beinen vor, indem man sich z.B. auf einem Sofa oder Stuhl abstützt. Dann bewegt man das Becken vor und zurück, bis der Schwanz und Sack vor und zurück schwingt. Je nach Heftigkeit der Bewegungen, Größe und Schwere von Schwanz und Sack, klatscht dabei der Schwanz beim Vorschwingen gegen den Bauch und der Sack beim Zurückschwingen gegen und in die Pospalte, was ein sehr intensives Körpergefühl vermittelt. Diese Technik ist besonders für große, dicke Schwänze und schwere, hängende Hodensäcke geeignet. Lässt man dabei das Becken kreisen, reibt der Schwanz beim Vor- und Zurückschlagen auch an den Innenseiten der Oberschenkel vorbei.
