Čeština: Vlajka města Nové Město pod Smrkem, okres Liberec. List tvoří pět svislých pruhů: modrý, bílý, modrý, bílý a modrý v poměru 1:1:5:1:1. Ve středu modrého pole bílé kolo s osmi rameny a pod ním zkřížená bílá hornická kladívka.
