Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Semlac, județul Arad se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu flancurile rotunjite, albastru, încărcat cu turn crenelat de argint cu intrare arcuită și fereastră arcuită în partea superioară, ajurate negru. Din turn ies trei spice de grâu de aur.

Scutul este timbrat cu o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate ale stemei:

Turnul face referire la Situl Arheologic ”Cetatea Ziridava”, iar spicele de grâu semnifică activitatea locuitorilor, și anume cultura cerealelor.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
