editarO Wikiconcurso Wiki Loves Bahia é uma competição de edições na Wikipédia lusófona que será realizada pelo Grupo de Usuários Wiki Movimento Brasil (WMB), sua estreia foi no dia 10 de julho e terá duração até 31 de agosto de 2021. A iniciativa visa estimular a participação da comunidade de editores e editoras da Wikipédia no aprimoramento dos verbetes relacionados ao Estado da Bahia.
Após a abertura do evento, ocorreu a primeira editatona do Wiki Loves Bahia, a Editatona de Independência da Bahia, e no dia 14 de agosto acontecerá a segunda editatona, a Editatona Cidades da Bahia. Estas maratonas de edição são oportunidades para acumular pontos para o wikiconcurso.
O Wikiconcurso Wiki Loves Bahia conta atualmente com 126 editores que já editaram 617 artigos, destes 151 foram criados e totalizam mais de 174 mil visualizações. No Wikimedia Commons foram 47 arquivos carregados, destes 41 estão sendo usados na Wikipédia. Para acompanhar as contribuições dos participantes do concurso veja o Outreach Dashboard.
GLAM APESP
editarNo dia 10 de junho de 2021 iniciou-se a parceria GLAM-Wiki com o Arquivo Público do Estado de São Paulo (APESP) que possui em seu acervo, aproximadamente, 25 milhões de documentos textuais e 2,7 milhões de fotografias, como também, cinco conjuntos documentais que são considerados patrimônio da humanidade pela UNESCO. As iniciativas GLAM-Wiki são parcerias firmadas com instituições culturais, onde as propostas se fundamentam na difusão cultural e de conhecimento por meio da plataforma Wikimedia. O principal impacto da atual parceria é o de beneficiar pessoas, pesquisadores ou estudantes que não poderiam ter acesso ao acervo físico, como também possibilitar a contribuição com o acervo por meio da plataforma Wikimedia.

The Wikiconcurso Wiki Loves Bahia is a competition for lusophone Wikipedia editions that will be held by the Wiki Movement Brazil User Group (WMB), its premiere was on July 10th and will last until August 31th, 2021. The initiative aims to stimulate participation of the community of editors of Wikipedia in the improvement of entries related to the State of Bahia.
After the opening of the event, the first edit-a-thon of Wiki Loves Bahia took place, the Editatona Independência da Bahia, and on August 14th, the second edit-a-thon, Editatona Cidades da Bahia will take place. These editing marathons are opportunities to accumulate points for the wikicontest.
The Wikiconcurso Wiki Loves Bahia currently has 126 editors who have edited 617 articles, of which 151 were created and total more than 174 thousand views. editarOn June 10th, 2021, the GLAM-Wiki partnership with the Arquivo Público do Estado de São Paulo (APESP) began, which has in its collection approximately 25 million textual documents and 2.7 million photographs, as well as , five documental sets that are considered World Heritage by UNESCO. GLAM-Wiki initiatives are partnerships signed with cultural institutions, where the proposals are based on cultural and knowledge dissemination through the Wikimedia platform. The main impact of the current partnership is to benefit people, researchers or students who could not have access to the physical collection, as well as making it possible to contribute to the collection through the Wikimedia platform.
