Mesogobius batrachocephalus é uma espécie de peixe da família Gobiidae e da ordem Perciformes.

Morfologia

Os machos podem atingir 34,5 cm de comprimento total^[4] e 600 g de pes^[5].^[6]

Alimentação

Alimenta-se principalmente de peixe.^[7]

Habitat

É um peixe de clima temperado (4°C-18°C)^[8] e demersal que vive entre 20-100 m de profundidade.^[6]

Distribuição geográfica

É encontrado no Mar Negro e Mar de Azov.^[6]^[9]^[10]^[11]^[12]^[13]^[14]^[15]^[16]^[17]

Observações

É inofensivo para os humanos.^[6]
