Jᴏᴜʀɴᴀʟɪsᴛ: Uprising Man is a broadcast journalist. With an interest in the environment and human rights, he has co-authored investigative reports and articles to educate and correct stereotypes within these areas. Wɪᴋɪᴍᴇᴅɪᴀɴ: Uprising Man has been editing Wikipedia and its sister projects [Wikimedia Commons, Wiki Data, etc] since December 2018. He trains and mentors newbies to help bridge the knowledge gap on African topics within the Wikimedia Foundation projects.
Through Sadik Shahadu's guidance, Uprising Man co-founded Gurene Wikimedia Community, with DnShitobu. The community is an affiliate of the Wikimedia Foundation focused on digitizing the Gurene language on Wikipedia and its sister projects. Development Communication: Since 2015, Uprising Man has worked with several youth groups and international organizations as an activist, consultant, and SDG advocate. Among the institutions are Strategic Youth Network for Development Ghana, Ghana Reducing Our Carbon - G ROC, ActionAid Ghana, 350.org, I-Watch Africa, and Sustainable Ocean Alliance Ghana Hub
