It is a script that is semi-automatic that assists me in changing superceded raster images to the vector equivlents. The bot flag is so that it does not flood the recent changes. Addihockey10 (discussão) 23h57min de 28 de dezembro de 2011 (UTC)

For the record, i've talked to Addi on irc. Basicly, the bot searches on commons images with the a template for images with .svg copy, and then goes throw the several pages that has the image, and replaces the non .svg for the .svg version one. Technically is not a bot, it cannot perform the task by it self, so it's more like AWB, a semi-automatic tool. The bot flag is helpfull because removes some technical barriers, and causes less confusion on rc's. Alchimista ^{Fala comigo!} 00h01min de 30 de dezembro de 2011 (UTC)

Any tool that doesn't allow someone to choose to perform each edit before saving it, has to be considered as a bot, and therefore needs to be performed by a separated previously authorized bot account, with the expression "bot" in the name, according to our policy. I'm not willing to veto, i was just trying to keep this request in the right place in order to facilitate future searches. I can't evaluate the script, but the task seems useful to me and i would prefer to have this bot running here with the bot flag, if you still want to.
