Frederick Jay "Rick" Rubin (Long Beach, Nova Iorque, 10 de março de 1963) é um produtor musical estadunidense. Junto com the Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, Public Enemy, e Run-D.M.C., Rubin ajudou a popularizar o hip hop.
